Data quality control

To ensure the quality of the database, part of the registered data of the hepatitis treatment centers is checked. Our data quality employees check the entered data for accuracy and completeness by comparing the entered data with the source documents, such as medical status, electronic lab results and additional tests.

According to protocol and privacy regulations

Our data quality employees check whether the registration and data collection is in accordance with the protocol and the privacy regulations. They detect possible problems and guide the data collectors in the centers in carrying out their work. The data quality staff also coordinate the cleaning and possible revision of data in the database.
